The Philadelphia Highway Patrol annual Beef and Beer was initiated in 2007 by Captain Michael Cochrane and has been a huge success. Current and former Officers of the Highway Patrol have attended this annual event. As many as 275 Officers and friends attend each event. It has been said, Once Highway, allways Highway. The beef and beer seems to attest to that statement. Below are photo's from the beef and beers each year.
